St. Edward’s University Alumni and TexShare VisitorsThe public is welcome to use any of the materials in the Munday Library. However, in order to check materials out of the library, a Munday Library Courtesy Borrower's Card must be shown at the Library Information Desk. The library reserves the right to deny a Munday Library Courtesy Borrower Card to those who consistently disregard the due date of library materials . There is a check-out restriction of 5 books, with one renewal. DVDs, media equipment, and group study/editing rooms are not available for check-out. Visitors are subject to fines for overdue materials and charges for lost materials. Request an alumni courtesy card online.
Visitors who want to check out books from the Munday Library will need to bring a current, government issued ID and follow either TexShare visitor or Alumni visitor procedures in order to obtain a Munday Library Courtesy Borrower Card.
Munday Library Courtesy Borrower Cards are issued for one year upon verification by Alumni Office.
TexShare Visitors from Area Libraries
Munday Library Courtesy Borrower Cards are issued for one semester. Checkout privileges are granted to TexShare cardholders 18 and older. Family cards are available for public library patrons only. Munday Library Courtesy Borrower Cards will expire on May 15, August 15, or December 15. Faculty visitor cards expire on August 15 of every year.
Computers/Database AccessGuest Computer
Alumni and guests are welcome to use the guest computer in the Munday Library, 1st floor to access most library databases. Guests must present a valid state issued photo ID. Guests may only use the computer for one hour a day. There is no printing available to guests. Guests do not have remote access privileges.
Available Wireless Networks
The SEU-Guest zone is available to guests on campus but with limited bandwidth. There is no printing available to guests.
